What This Is
This is not a panel or lecture.
It is a structured working lab where educators, researchers, and entrepreneurs co-create publishable tools using lived entrepreneurial narratives as raw material.
Grounded in the Moment of Truth Playbook (27 narratives), participants will work at collaborative tables to translate story into structure.
What We Will Build
By the end of the morning session, each table will contribute to:
🔹A classroom-ready educational case study
🔹A policy learning brief
🔹A market experiment concept
🔹A fairness framework for evaluating ecosystem design
These outputs are designed for teaching, publication, and field testing.
